Prevent Mr. Latin's Access to Murphy Afolabi's Burial Venue, Area Boys Assert
Renowned comic actor and film producer, Bolaji Amusan, widely known as Mr. Latin, faced rejection from local residents, commonly referred to as 'area boys,' who denied him access to the burial site of his fellow colleague, Murphy Afolabi, in the Ikorodu region of Lagos State.
Youths Demand Compensation from Mr. Latin to Access Burial Ground
In a recent report, News Direct discovered that a group of youths claiming to be "omo adugbo" insisted that Mr. Latin settle them before granting him access to the burial ground in the state.
Mr. Latin, widely recognized as the President of the Theatre Arts and Movies Practitioners Association of Nigeria, arrived at the venue at approximately 3:00 pm, only to be confronted by these demanding youths.
After a period of tension and negotiation, the issue that arose between Mr. Latin and the youths at Afolabi's burial ground was eventually resolved. Around 4:00 pm, Mr. Latin was granted access to pay his respects at the burial ground.
